Overall:  This is one of my favorite restaurants.  The food is excellent, but more important is the friendly and personable service.  The staff makes you feel like you are part of the family community.  They are quick to recognize you and remember your favorites.  It is rare to find this kind of family atmosphere. 

The food is excellent.  The menu is large.  You will find all the basic dish that most Mexican restaurants have, but there is much more.  They specialize in seafood with many impressive dishes.  They have food from most regions of Mexico.  You will find chilaquilas, tortas, gorditas, sope and mole on the menu.  There is every kind and style of tacos and enchiladas. Goat and tongue are also on the menu.  Everything is cooked to order and served to your specifications.

My favorite on the menu is chile verde.  To me this is the test for a good Mexican restaurant and they have one of the best, if not the best, chile verde I’ve found in a restaurant.  The margaritas are very good, too.
